I’m just bored. I picked up my guitar from the repair shop after a long time on Thursday, and strummed some chords — like tried to play a couple of songs — sitting on the Palika lawn with my mate Mushi in CP. I suck more than I ever did, hi. So I asked Mushi to take it along with him so at least he can play it, and put it to good use for a while, before he actually leaves. When I get it back I might dig out those guitar books that I bought a while back.
But I dont care anymore. Funny how Mushi and I are so freaking similar in certain things. Like when he was telling me how he just wants to go away and loose his identity. Maybe if I would have known him since we’re young then I might have joined him and we might have been successful in loosing our identity. This reminds me of Radiohead’s How to Disappear Completely. Tho I’m listening to this Tool album called Opiate. It sounds like Punk or some shit with a Metal/Hard Rock twist.
I haven’t been on my computer for a while cuz I don’t really like this new operating system I have on — OpenSuSE 10.0. I miss the regular O/Ss — PCLinuxOS, Mandriva or Ubuntu. But I have to re-install em all and have to learn not to install system wide beta software. Before you kno it I don’t really kno what I’m doin and it screws up my system. But anyway SuSE is basically shitty. I wonder how things like SuSE and Fedora/Red Hat are so fuckin popular when they are so fucked up! Tho I like the delta RPM feature of SuSE a lot. If u wanna kno what the hell Delta RPM is please google for it, cuz I’m not really in a mood to link it and describe it here.
I saw a movie last night called Jersey Girl, which was pretty cool time-pass sorta. I guess Liv Taylor was pretty okay for a change. Otherwise she always plays pretty up-tight. By the way Tool fuckin kicks ass. The title track, Opiate, concludes with fuckin awesome drumming. I wonder why they aren’t that popular around here. I dont think even big metal heads like Sashwat and Ruben listened to them while I knew em. Wonder what both of em are up to. Anyway both of em used to like bands like Pantera and stuff a lot. Probably for them Cowboys from Hell was the best fuckin album ever. Sashwat had this cool thing of buying black T-shirts and writing song lyrics and name of bands on it with white paint. Oh that song didn’t conclude btw… there was this break and they all of a sudden started playing again.
Ok I’m bored. Adios
